Hacking HBC Wifi Loading

Is there a way to run HBC to have it look up a local IP to get its list of apps from? I could've sworn I saw a YouTube vid of someone w/ HBC running, and when it started, I saw no "SD Loading" icon, instead just a "Receiving from 192.168.1.1" and I'm assuming it was loading via WiFi. How do I do this? I need an SD card, and the only "spare" one is my HBC card...

You have to send the ELF/DOL to the HBC over WiFi... you can't have the list of apps like you would when you have an SD card.

TCPLoader is the name of the app

cant send certain files over the network though, like downgraders, title lister, any title deleter etc.
