Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

I told you what happened to me befor.and i didn't know about Nintendo new statements.
The ban was lifted by it's own, no i didn't call them

Oh yeah, I missed it.

Hard to say this will apply to us though, since the circumstances are different.

All the bans are handled by NoJ, which means only the top brass at the other branches know anything about what's going on. I doubt tier 1 customer support at NoA knows anything about the situation.

why? nintendo stated the bans were permanent on multiple occasions now. this isn't a cheating online in mario kart slap on the wrist. this is they caught people redhanded (and really its weird they didn't do this before) and are now fullfilling all their terms of agreement promises.

It could go either way, basically they know nothing, order came from NoJ and that's all they know

Some people contacted nintendo regarding the bans and they asked for proof of purchase if they got the cart early.
When someone did they basically just moved the goal post stating that 'a legit cart couldn't go online before release unless you mess with the system'

I'm just waiting until December and see what happens since i don't wanna risk a bigger punishment for using the public seed that is going around.

Yeah, if they actually are letting us off the hook for some reason in a few days, waiting isn't all that bad. And if it doesn't happen, by the time we can hope to have some more definitive solution for the bans.

Except the fact of Nintendo Employees telling us that it's 100% permanent. It will never lift itself and you are ignorant to think it will. If you want to unban yourself use the methods already out or wait for a LFCS generator that may never happen.

I think Nintendo told us that "it's permanent" 'cause the error code to 281X means "permanent ban". Some peope reported that Nintendo told them that they know nothing and that the ban comes from Japan. I'll wait a month cause I have nothing to loose.

There is no possibility lol your only giving yourself and others false hope. The best possibility is to buy a 2DS for like $80~ish, softmod it and transfer the LFCS to your 3DS. If your really worried about getting banned again you could buy 2 2DS's and transfer one of the 2DS's LFCS to the 3DS then system transfer the other 2DS to your first 2DS (the one with the duped LFCS) to generate new movable.sed. Afterwards both 2DS's and 3DS should have unique LFCS and all be unbanned as per speculation.

It's recommended to wait until the day of the release of the region your in. Any time before that and your risking a possible ban.

if i played the game before release (not online), do i need to change the dates in my save? should i just scrap that save and start a new one?

afaik the bans were only given to those who logged into nintendos servers before release date. Nintendo cannot see if its a cia or actual gamecard. Nintendo cannot see your save.

Nintendo CAN see if your logged into a server though, that's it.

that's what i thought, but i don't know anymore. i guess having a Pokemon caught in the 14 or something is fine then?

Use decrypt9/hourglass to restore a NAND backup, other than that you're screwed.
