because it's already released in February end there's still no Dump ??

You're positive it's been released?

I ask because Wikipedia says it was scheduled for February, but then rescheduled to "spring" and is still not out.

Wind bazaar is already released in japan just search for Bokojou Monogatari

Twin Villages was delayed from it's original February release date and actual release date is now uncertain.

It's still not out yet.
