As DacoTaco said , if it's a classical buffer overflow (like yu-gi-owned) , it should be available for PAL , NTSC and NTSC-J.

But , maybe it's just a Crediar's joke lol , to see the buzz.....

@Hamato : ah bin t'es là toi !!! ^^
he said it would be easier to port unless its a return oriented overflow like smashstack

lol bol.com €9.99

that is a nice price. that is a game i would buy for that price and for that purpose as long as smash stacks isn't released for pal... and still i wonder why people like crediar make new exploits instead of porting smash stacks to pal. :s

I'm pretty sure that the exploit for smash stack just doesn't exist in the pal version of the game.

Damn it, now were gonna see a Hannah Montana 2 because the developers are gonna think they made an awesome game with the surge of sales from this exploit

Ninty can block Smash Stack by introducing some kind of advanced patching at IOS level.. It seems they don't care much these days, possibly they are using their resources for much more important stuff... Maybe 3DS integration or something?

I thought that the stack buffer overflow on PAL version doen't exist that's why no smash stack for PAL wii.

it does as pune is working on it and the one that ported it to japanese version is also working on it... only pune isn't motivated enough :s(at least that is what he said)

It is cheap and you will use it only once. Why complain?

I'm sure it will be going for stupid money on ebay soon enough.

The online retailers must wonder why there is a spike in demand for the game.

It'll be funny if it's a 360 exploit

The twilight hack didn't...

Haven't you read his explanation? It doesn't work on 4.0+ because it was patched. But how will nintendo previously patch a non-disclosed patch like hannah montana?

I wonder why crediar owns a game like Hannah Montana in the first place

There is no proof to say he does.

Yes it did. It worked on every version of the System software that existed when the exploit was released, which is the context in which that comment was made. Of course it didn't work on future System Menus when Nintendo patched it, and that'll be the case here too.

they didn't patched it at all
they just delete the save file.

big difference

EDIT: but since the latest twilight princess versions still have the bug afaik; and since nintendo can't patch games using ios or anything except the game itself you could say they patched it...
