Exactly my thoughts on it.

1 shop in france broke retail and a small number of people have the game, the shop has probably told microsoft by now just how many where sold early.

it still has french voices, it does check out in abgx though, no warning about the size.

But i wonder if the just padded the first release so the size matches with that of normal games.

I remember when Halo 2 leaked early on Xbox it was also the French version.

Be careful guys when Halo 3 leaked early there was a big wave of bans shortly afterwards.

I can confirm this. The one from the news groups are incomplete though, the original rip is missing one rar (the bat finder), and the PAR files aren't sufficient to repair, the other (borderlame) has some corrupt archives, but someone else uploaded the PAR's to repair it.

I used abgx to check it, it passes, but I'm going to wait to play it. (+ I'm fresh out of DVD's).

Most of the ones uploaded to rapidshare etc... have been deleted, so if you are feeling like getting it, do a hash check on it before you burn it. It is most likely corrupt.

I want to play this, but my Xbox is too new, I don't want to risk a ban.

Its now been nuked & i still have batman & wolesntein to finish so im gonna wait i reckon n see if a better copy leaks.

As people (myself included) where trying to imply:

If only 1 french shop sold the game early if you are outside of france and playing on LIVE its pretty much going to be a ban for you. Fancy fw or not.
