Is there a way to play Atari 400/800 games on the SNES Classic through Hakchi2? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Today's Update:) **UPDATE 2-21-18**

Super Slooooww Super Game Boy Support Added:) Thanks for the help, madmonkey:) Thanks to bslenul for helping test! And, thanks to fr500 for the subsystem support hook-up! New RetroArch 1.7.1 (Better Stability + Input Lag Adjustments + Aspect Ratio + Input Keybind Fixes; Personal thanks to lithium210 for helping test my changes!) For Aspect Ratio, go into RetroArch Settings, Video, Aspect Ratio, and adjust accordingly, if need be...then quick settings, save core override:) The Xtreme RetroArch Variants are my own personalized, custom optimizations and tweaks for better performance. Feel free to try both, and see which you prefer:) RetroArch 1.6.7/1.7.0 are retired from my Core Set, and "The Other Guys" will handle Neo Variants of them:) I will still, of course, assist in bug fixes, Updates, etc, for them:) Updated Multiple Cores, including FBA 2016, PrBoom, MrBoom, MAME 2010, SNES9x2005, NP2Kai, GME, Mednafen PCE Fast, Mednafen WSwan, TyrQuake, with bug fixes and optimizations! Next up, will be finalization of SNESC Controller support for N64/More Cheats, including a Tutorial on how to "make" your own Cheats:) I will try to get to everyones' requests! And, of course, Updating the ReadMes in my Core Set!!! Enjoy the Update, and have fun with Super Slooww Game Boy:) Check out my video of me playing them at AOL 56k Internet Speed! Lastly, huge thanks to my great friend Gingerbeardman for his continual support on my Github:) And, of course to all of you on Reddit, GBA Temp, Discord, YouTube, Libretro, and Github! Enjoy the Update! I will try to get more fun stuff out tomorrow!

Use the Atari 800 Core in my set. I did video of Core in action.

For N64: are you guys using mupen or glupen? What are the optimization settings?

Use Glupen and or mupen with the Xtreme RetroArch Variants. /bin/mupen and or /bin/glupen Glupen runs better. But, many games run great on Mupen.

I think so, unless Hakchi supports PSX EBOOTS. RetroPie does, which also uses Retroarch on the back end, so try the EBOOT method first.
It does actually, the best way for multi CD games I think, I use the same EBOOT tool from PSP days. One-CD only games I just add de .BIN file

Sorry if the following questions seemed like stupid ones to ask, blame my curiousity since I had no idea about the answers.

What will happen if I choose to dump the kernel (first thing to do in hakchi2) after I uninstalled everything from my NES/SNES? Does it mean that I dumped my system's kernel for the second time, instead of just using the one inside "dump" folder? Will it affect the installation process/result?

If you dump the custom kernel, it will probably overwrite your original kernel dump. I wouldn't recommend without making a backup copy of your original dump folder.

Hi guys, I'm trying to install the USB mod but keep running into the same issue despite resetting the console back to factory settings and redownloading hakchi2 ce v1.1.0 several times. When I try to Flash original kernel it always comes up with the same error message which I've attached a screenshot of. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

That is a very ancient Hakchi... Update that to the latest, and try again.

If I had accidentally done that, can I have my original kernel back by uninstalling everything then, this time, back up my "dump" folder after redumping the kernel?

All good sorted it myself. Unzipped using 7.zip and turned off internet firewall and it worked

Hi! A question about the hack Mega Man 3: improvement. This hack fixes the stage select screen glitch (shaking line on Shadow Man) but doesn’t work in the NES Classic with the stock emulator (it looks even worse). Does anyone know why? And no, I don’t wanna use retroarch. Thank you for reading.

Awesome! Will look into these soon.
