I am trying to use --smooth43 as a global command line under the Settings pull-down menu, but the option for the Global command-line is greyed out and I have tried everything that I can think of to get it to "unlock".
Anyone know how to open that command line up so I can add a command?

Edit: I also just realized that the "Save Settings to SNES Mini" is also greyed out even if I make sure that the Mini is turned on.
