Hacked Wii Balance Board with World of Warcraft

After Google Earth, it's time to World of Warcraft being played with the Wii Balance Board. Hackers are doing very good job with the new peripheral of Nintendo... There are so many options with the board, I can't wait to see more.

Well.. hacking the balance board to is not hard since it uses blutooth communication. You just need a blu tooth receiver on your PC.. and make a driver that understands the signals sent from the board, like it was made with the Wiimote.

Now.. for something like WOW.. it's useless

Kinda useless when the game is not designed to be used with balance board = usually the controls just suck. : D
And like CocroachMan said you just need pc with bluetooth and drivers.

When I read it for the first time... I laughed... But the second time, I realized that they can make even more $$$ with loosing weight by playing Wow XD

That's pretty cool. I hope they make progress with this and release some game mods. Can you imagine playing Half-Life 2 using the balance board to move/duck/jump/ etc and the wiimote and nunchuck to look around and shoot. That'd be pretty immersive.

If it happens I think I might just have to pick up wii fit.

If they release anything it'll probly be crud that works only digital. Just enough to claim it.
We want analog control. Not glorified keyboard control.
I think its dumb that they have to show off like that. Their just trying to get easy creds.
It doesnt take a genuis to get a wii periphel going. Just a bluetooth device and all.

Surprised it hasn't been done with Glovepie yet.
I wouldnt think the board would be that hard to connect or translate.

Also would be fun with a FPS shooter.
Though a segway model would be apropiate.

That kind of thing makes me wonder about the number of people who waste a lot of knowledge with a crap and addictive game like WoW...

WoW + Wii Fit = Useless.

I'd rather see Jo Garcia messing around with Wii Fit, much more productive.

Cool like most other hacks, but I doubt that anyone would actually use it.
