If the process of splitting the file is hard for you , just FTP the whole thing to your PS3 DEV0/HDD/GAMES

FTP is not working for him hence the reason for transferring via usb

Just run it in the tool and tick
Split big files
Select the USB drive as the output then click start

Ah it's been updated
Ok create an ISO and then click split big files to fit fat32
And then select your USB stick as destination

It won't take long

It used to have the option to split file format games
But it's been updated to only do ISO's with the looks of that screen shot

Alright. I selected these options

Btw, is it normal that i have to launch ps3, launch Multiman, select game, then get transfered to another screen, and then finally click the game again, to play?

Multiman mounts the game
Your them booted back to the xmb where you can start the game
Same with webman
But if you use webman mod then add [auto] to the end of the games name them webman mod will mount then start the game for you

Uhm. The convert is done, but it are 5 .iso files. (.iso1 .iso2 .iso3 etc)

Im guessing i need to make a ps3iso folder?

No
Plug the stick into your PS3
Start the PS3
Open multiman
You should see your game
Press triangle then select copy then press X
multiman will put it in the right folder in the PS3 and merge all the split files back together as I keep telling you

You're not supposed to split the iso file, just the . psarc file (the one that's larger than 4gb)inside your game folder, then put splitted files back where you find it, you need to use a splitter to split it that is compatiblewit multiman, I personally use psnstuff , split the file, run multiman, the copy your game from the external drive to ur hdd and multiman should fuse them into one file.

Multiman will join the split ISO just the same
And ISO's work smoother in webman

I have an ISO game, i clicked Split ISO, unticked both options (hide iso parts and delete game when converted) and clicked convert, it stored the files .iso.1 iso.2 iso.3 etc on my root of USB. But the PS wouldnt recognize it.

Press triangle on the game
Press copy
Select the internal HDD by pressing X
Wait
Once done restart ps3 and remove USB stick
Start game via webman
