sorry, but what are the specific Gen-D3 and/or recovery mode settings used for this game? cuz i can't seem to get past the loading screen after after it says something about the save data...can someone help me on this? thanks!

the game is fully playable, it's very easy since there's a checkmark to where you need to go to, so you never have to guess where to go next. The only thing you'll be missing out on is the story XD

Bad ISO? the only other things that are different to a normal install is The ISO mode - set to sony and i have CXMB. Or maybe you have it as a CSO and optomized it?
yea, Tokio wears a normal japanese school uniform with a bag. You can kinda costumize his outfit after getting them though...
Ok, another question: How worth it is it for a fan of the .hack anime who has never touched a .hack game before?
@raging: well, the idea is that Tokio practically goes back in time, so you will experience spoilers from Sign, IMOQ, GU, etc...I'd suggest getting the demo and trying it out first. If you like it, then it's pretty much the game in a nutshell...

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
