Hacking GW Setup on N3DS Questions

How do I go about setting up GW on my N3DS? My FW is 9.0.0-20U. I don't remember setting up or formatting EmuNAND on it. I also want to be able to play the retail Xenoblade Chronicles card/cart. Can someone walk me through doing all this? Also, how do I get into Classic Mode in GW on N3DS? Help/thoughts appreciated

I think XC requires 9.4 FW, but both my SysNAND and EmuNAND are at 9.0.0-20...
I still have my O3DS and that EmuNAND is at 9.5.0-22U. Is there a way to transfer the EmuNAND I have on my O3DS to the N3DS?

Edit: I tried to boot into classic mode, but it says to insert GW card... How can I play XC retail cart? I even tried to boot into Classic Mode without GW card inserted (Press X), but it just went to black screen. Not sure how to proceed...Thoughts/help GREATLY appreciated
