Homebrew Guitars on Fire Trouble

I've got a huge problem in the newest version. The note graphics do not appear on the neck while I am playing the game making it unplayable. I'm sure there must be a fix using the program gfx files etc. but I am unsure of what to do.

I'm using Guitars on Fire v1.0 on a PAL Wii with 4.1E firmware and latest Homebrew Channel

Edit: For some reason certain files were missing from my Guitars on Fire folder.
