Hacking Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock DLC on emunand

So as the title goes, I have problems with installing DLC for Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock on my vWii.
I have created dump of nand using usbloader gx, injected downloaded DLC using GHTools, but the game won’t see any installed DLC. I just don’t know what I’m missing here, because the game and DLC are of the same region.

I've been struggling with the same issue, unfortunately. Gave it a bunch of tries in Dolphin, all with no success... I'm trying to find tools that can decrypt the DLCs, as I would like to try find a way to load them via the SD card...

Apparently, there is a video on youtube, regarding this topic. You will find there required files and dolphin version.
As for consoles - I don't have a single clue, how to make it work on WiiU, however I've managed to do this on a Wii using both Neek2o (worst possible solution, don't even bother doing that) and USBLoaderGX (built-in nand emulation feature, however you will need a big SD card and a lot of patience)
