ROM Hack Guitar Hero on Tour Decades (U) Some might say ?

Well, I broke apart the rom with DSlazy and found that all the songs are in .ogg files, and saw that the American version has Some might say and all the files but you cant actually play it, i was wondering, could you just swap all the names of the files so that the game plays some might say, because it has all the files required.
