Yeah thats what theyre saying. TiniVi also says this "OH. This is something I was able to replicate! It seems when there is no gamecard, arm9 doesn't comply. I'm sure there's a workaround, but for now that's the solution I guess."

EDIT: TiniVi just posted this a few minutes ago regarding the black screen issue "I think I found the cause, I'm working on a fix."

The screen turns on, but black. Your blue LED turns off or you have to hard-reboot it?

Does Luma patch non legit games? Does decrypt9 use the same header for every game ripped? If i want to play a game online either way i want them to use my private header right?

Oh, just saw you stopped at Step 14. Delete the Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/0000008f folder.

Yeah, it patches. CIA's private header is per console.

okay so it seems like ive luma and a9lh installed. i dont have a nand backup to restore to so can i upgrade back to 11.2 through system settings and keep everything?

You have to do this: https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer and then update.

yes..... iv been going at it all day and no go on it booting this takes for ever i'm almost ready to call it and not ever try it any more.

When off remove the battery for a few mins it will reset and turn the wifi back on
