Wait how do you buy houses? And is it possible to drive a helicopter or boat?

Look for blue house icons on the GPS.
I dunno if you can pilot a helicopter, but I know for sure you can drive a boat.

EDIT: Also, did anyone figure out how to do wheelies yet? I looked in my stats, and I saw that I made a 6000 ft wheelie, and I don't remember how I did it.

For Wifi, do you need to have friend codes to play?

And where do you start the Wifi trading and chatting? The only things I found needed a friend code.
