1. Does Moonshell go into the root of the card?
2. Where should I put all the ROMS for all the emulators (SNES, NES, etc.)
3. How do I get RTS to work? I updated the firmware but it wont show up

1. make a folder in root called "moonshl" without the quotes of course and shove all the flies from moonshell in there.
2. Depends on what emulators you use.
3. When you're launching a game, hold your Select button while starting the game. It should say Loading... RTS Initialize.

I'm using nesDS, jenesisDS, and SNEmuDS if that helps.

Also, how do you change the clock for it? It's saying the time wrong on my Cyclo.

Change the clock in your DS's main menu (firmware, before booting into any cart)

nesDS: anywhere on your microSD, you select the rom after booting up nesDS
SNEmulDS: make a folder called "SNES" in the root of your microSD and stuff all of the roms in there
jenesisDS: look around the site, or in the readme file, I've never used it

Enjoy your CycloDS!

Alright, thanks. Sometimes nesDS freezes though, anyway I can counter this problem? Also, is there a way to make RTS enabled for all games besides just holding down SELECT for each individual game?

Emulators aren't perfect, get used to it.

And it's not a good idea to have an RTS for every game because each save takes up 4.7MB of space. Plus, you only need to hold Select once per each game so it's not that bad.
