Hi everyone I hope am posting this in the correct area I have a Gold R4i Revolution SDHC & certain games do not work I installed the rom of Ironman & it seems like it starts & than nothing happens also the rom of Justice League Heroes-The Flash when the game is about to start I get this error"The DS game card has been removed please power off your DS I am using a 4gb Sandisk memory card

Are you using the official firmware? If so switch to this, that should help.

It's because the cartis a little small for the DS, try pushing it down a little, or maybe sticking some card on it so the pins connect in the DS.
