While this can obviously be avoided if you don't y'know, spam +, i'm wondering why this happens. It doesn't brick the wii, or cause any corruptions. I put the homebrew tag because it's most likely caused by a wad I have installed. (probably mymenuifymod forwarder)

Turns out it was a variation of the pirate channel. I'll try to delete it with Wii Mod Lite and see what happens.
