Misc Going online with a US game with a JP 3DS

Is there a method to play online with a JP 3DS but with a US copy? I tried going online, but the User Agreements prevent me and every time I accept it, it keeps looping it.

Since MH players can go online with their pirated and semi-translated CIA of the game only released in japan, I suppose it should be possible.

Does this only allow Japan consoles to run US games online, or does it work the other way around (if such limitations exist in any games) on US consoles running Japanese cia?

Or does this EULA bypassing issue only exist on Jap consoles accessing US content?

I think I had it for a japanese game on a european console
