he must be a fake how would you work a browser like a book if theres only one side of touch screen, it would mean only one side of click able links

The Opera DS browser has a view option that allows you to have the image spread over the 2 screens. You just drag the link etc over onto the touchscreen to interact with it. So, it is possible though I'm not holding my breath on this one!

DSOrganize 2.7 will also feature a basic browser, however that's as far as it goes with Internet on a DS.

Whoever is behind Gnirfleo is a loser. Quite clearly they're pissed that people with an IQ over 10 figured out it was a hoax and ruined it. The latest update is just pitiful. What a joke. And there's STILL people saying "I knew it wasn't fake!" THERE IS STILL NOTHING RELEASED! Dear god how can people be that stupid? Honestly, people like that make my brain bleed...

As for why folk want a browser... Well some people probably can't afford Opera. Plus Opera is fixed. That's all you're getting. A homebrew one would be constantly developed.

Regardess, if DSO just adds form support and gets a bit more stable (it crashes every 2-3 pages for me on my M3CF) I'll be happy. Was reading bash.org in bed last night. THAT was cool.

But I'll probably pick up Opera when it's released here in Canada. Though I have a horrible feeling, like everything else here these days, it'll be the Lite version only, and I can't exactly what the difference was. Hope it will work on the old style DS, since that's what I have. (And I can't remember the difference now.) I'd love a DS Lite, but that just ain't gonna happen, so hopefully Opera isn't going to screw me over.

The difference between the DSphat and DSlite versions of the Opera browser is the size of the memory pak that goes in the GBA port. The DSphat version is universal, but the DSlite version will only work in the lite because the cart is smaller.

Just reading Gnirfleo's site again and damn, the people on there are dense. Tons of people posting their email addresses begging for the non-existent file to be sent to them. Spam harvesters must be having a field day... It's just staggering the people still believe. ANd now there's another. NDSMaxBrowser that is quite obviously another fake. And people are believing that too.

You could go to these people and do the Three Card Monte trick in front of them, with the cards face up, and they'd still fail to find the queen.

Sending the NDS file to a few people is a great excuse. Those who don't receive it will think it's still real and that they just weren't the chosen ones, and Gnirfleo can continue to perpetuate the myth that he actually made the program and his con job will continue forever.

If a few people do receive it, in due time everyone should have it, and if everyone has only heard of people who got it and not seen a real proof of it ever working, then probability lends towards it being fake.

PS: I might send the NDS file to some people, but I'm still thinking about that. They will let you know if it's fake or not.
