Ghost International Cold Call

Hey all, I just got a cold call from 008450450612 on my home phone (I used 1471 to get the number), and I wanted to find out where the number came from. So I googled phone codes, and typed in 00845, and the website said "We do not track international phone codes"!.

So I searched for international phone codes, and checked 00845...and it wasn't on the list

I'd like to know where this phone call came from just out of curiosity's sake, but I dare not phone back if it was an international cold call. Is it possible that it's a secret international phone number prefix, that's only known locally?

I looked it up and it seems that 84 is the code for Vietnam
