Hacking GH:WT, GH:M having issues under USB Loader 1.5 and USB GUI-FX

Whenever I start Guitar Hero world tour or metallica, and start playing a song, the game lags. The highway with notes on it will jump forward a bit, making it impossible to hit some notes when they're coming up fast. I tried starting both games with discs, and then both games work fine.

I'm using a Seagate FreeAgent Go 320GB ext. HDD to load from, I've had no issues before today with it.

Running a Wii 3.3E, cIOS v10.

I think this is a common problem with the GH games and USB loader, Im glad ive still got my flatmii in mine

It just seems weird to me that I've had no issues until recently with GH games :/
