Hacking Getting saves from my NDS + GBA Carts

Well, i recently got an EZ Flash 3:1 for my cyclo and i was wondering, can i get my saved data from my NDS Carts and my GBA Carts?

For NDS games, use NDS Backup Tool 3in1 and for GBA games, try GBA Backup Tool. Both can be found at http://www009.upp.so-net.ne.jp/rudolph/nds/Backup/

Thank you very much! I was hoping i wouldn't have to buy another device to back them up, and i don't now! ^__^

EDIT: Just got home from school, downloaded the GBA backup tool...

Worked like a charm! =] Thank you very much!

EDIT2: When i try to run for example Pokemon Emerald, it says "internal battery has run dry. Clock based events...." and the rest of that stuff.

Did i do something wrong?

well, if im not mistaken the cyclo ds auto patches the games.

The games work fine and all, its just that when i want to use the save file i extracted from my own cart, it does not work.
