Get unbanned from #ndstemp

So I posted this in the Diddy Kong Racing DS release thread, which was dumb, but I was pissed. So here it is again, and I was unsure what forum to put this under, so I just did Off-Topic and hope it works!

I was banned from #ndstemp for no reason, and I want back in! I didn't do anything wrong, so how do I go about getting unbanned from that channel. I liked hanging out there!

Here's what happened:

And yes, I do pay for my own internet connection. The bill is in my name, and my credit card pays it

So how do I get unbanned? Who do I plead to?

EDIT: BTW, me = cvd_air or crvd_air ... depends on the connection I get.
