Hacking GCN backups freezing?

I've never used a backup of a GCN before so last night I followed the necessary steps so I could play for the night. I use the GCNOS multi-so creator, shrink, etc. I popped the disc in after burning and following instructions to a T, but to my dismay, the backup freezes after hitting the A button and getting the message Drive 20070213 OK!

I'm not sure what I've done wrong. My chip is the latest d2pro model

its probably a bad dump or burn. reburn it or get another dump.
