Can you post what's in "sd:/_nds/nds-bootstrap.ini"?

there you go. Why does it reference chrono trigger? weird.

Delete the .ini file, and try the forwarder again.

i had to delete the nds.bootstrap.ini and the NTR-bootstrap.ini
both had references to chrono trigger.

Now im stuck on a black top screen, white bottom screen.
At least it's something!

im on a O3DS btw, does that matter?

No, it doesn't matter.
Try re-downloading and re-extracting the SD forwarder pack.

I manually changed the adress on the .INI files to the gbarunner2.nds file and it worked!
now i just need a bios, i'll let you know if i run into any more trouble.
Thanks a lot!

I'm back here again lol. The touch screen doesn't seem to work (is this normal?) so i can't access the config cog.
i wanted to mess around with graphic options like stretching the screen.

Besides that, i can now play my roms, so i'm pretty satisfied.

If the touch screen doesn't work in gbarunner2 it means that you've set DSi mode in twilightmenu setting. It needs to be DS for touch screen to work. You can still have twl clock speeds on in twilightmenu's settings.

Also there's no option to stretch the screen in gbarunner2.

He's not using TWiLight Menu++ though. He's using a forwarder.

Same issues still present in the latest 3DS build.

I found some audio issues with the first Golden Sun game.
Mostly during the Game Select Screen. Also some noise/crackling during battle.

Fire Emblem (E): minor noise and crackling.
Golden Sun 2: minor noise and audio desync during battle.
Groove Adventure Rave 1: game crashes.
Trickstar: sounds are missing.

Edit: It´s nice to see Konami Krazy Racers working.

Golden Sun I found is fixed by disabling w-ram icache once and potentially reenabling it. Some decyns happen but they get fixed pretty quickly.

Did you manage to save in Golden Sun 2 or did you just play without saving?
Fire Emblem probably has noise and stuttering because it saves very often.

I played Golden Sun 2 without saving. I doubt Gericom had time to fix the save issue.

Sword of Mana works fine. I made it to the first village.
I Spy Challenger and Pinball Challenge Deluxe also work now.

Did Fire Emblem continue to have crackling or only when something happened like battle screen end of turn etc?
Did you test GS and GS2 without wram i-cache?

Fire Emblem during the map without doing anything. I don´t think this is because of saving.
I did test with and without. Performance is better with wram i-cache disabled, but still with audio desync during battle.

Hi all, I'm quite new using this amazing software piece, so excuse me if I'm asking something that everybody already knows.
I put my save files (.sav) in the same folder as the ROMs and with the same name, but GBARunner2 doesn't take them. And when saving, I get a .ss0 save file in the folder instead a .sav. Is that normal? How could I use my .sav savegames?

EDIT: For some reason, after deleting all the files and copying them again, it worked. So for now I can only say thanks Gericom for this amazing job!
