Use the patch, that works for me, this happened to me before, if you dont know how to use it just:
Go to HBMENU
Before selecting the game press in a file called patch
There will be a list to use it as a savefile or a patch, select patch
then select the game you want to play and the problems are solved

je vous explique ce que je fais : je lance hbmenu j'appuis sur le dossier RPG , ensuite j'appuis sur pokemon vert feuille ensuit j'appuis sur "patch" , et ensuite j'appuis une nouvelle fois sur la rom du jeu mais cette fois j'appuis sur "start emu" flash128 k (ou autre chose) ensuite forcehblanc (ou autre chose de toute façons rien ne marche) mais ensuite l'ecran du haut reste blanc et sur l'ecrant du bat il est ecrit << "file card CPULaodRom Generation (size 262152 bytes) Error in patchfile >>

OHHHH, i see your problem, you are doing it wrong, i´ll explain you step by step:
1pen HBMenu
2:When you downloaded the Gbaemu4ds file, along with gbaemu4ds and RPG folder, there was a file called patch, inside the menu just select the file called patch and execute it as a patch, dont touch the rom before doing this.
3: Now select the rom you want to play and execute it as a gbagame, dont execute it as a patch, and problem solved.
