I'd love to see some more trainers for DS, ones that don't ruin online multiplayer though. RS's GBA trainers are always welcome though

The reason the bsdiff style patches are used is that you normally have to offset the internal structure of the .nds when you add code to the arm binaries. An ips patch would be about the same size as the .nds itself due to this reason. Bsdiff recognizes that the sections are just moved and creates a much smaller patch file.
