If http://gbaemu.dcemu.co.uk would ever get back online, that's what I would recommend. The main DCEmu page is up, but the GBA and DS sections have been down for weeks.

I am unsure of a particular site, but try this

    http://m3wiki.com/index.php/M3_homebrew_compatibility

I know that it is not a dedicated GBA site, but this wiki has a lot of links to the popular GBA Homebrew and Emulators.

Hope this helps. BTW, ignore the fact that it is for the M3 series even if you have another type of slot-2.

    http://www.pdroms.de/ has a lot.

http://www.nintendomax.com/ click Téléchargements under the GBA section and then JEUX HOMEBREW

    http://gbadev.org/demos.php has some stuff.

There was a site called GBAfan but it disappeared and then came back hosted at pocketheaven but I can not see to find a link.

@DanTheManMS I frequent those sites fairly often for news and had not noticed them down.
