Hacking Gateway Ultra 3.5 (cheat support!)

No, it triggers from the launcher.dat itself.

Not when you load emunand.

But we can load launcher.dat without even owning a Gateway
Is it like, when attempting to boot in Gateway mode and use a "Gateway" (in this case, a clone) card?
Cause just loading the launcher doesn't require having a GW card.

I keep resetting so far i'm getting a 50/50 result of CIA's working then not working.

Gateway launcher is encrypted and would be pretty difficult to reverse-engineer for SC team to make their own.

Hardly, since the decryption key has to be in the hardware or the software and has been obtained previously (the usual issue is that you need the signing key to run new code, which is not present).
The code, however, is for some kind of VM that runs it's own instructions, so it's a bit hard to decipher. I haven't researched the details, though.

Just start the Games that you installed as .cia with HANS and the Games works just fine with the Newest Gateway Launcher. ^^

Tested with the Rom Version of Cubic Ninja and the latest version of HANS.

No not on the Home menu. You must start The Homebrew Launcher and then HANS and then select your as .cia installed Game and start it with HANS and the Game works just fine.

And yes the hax 2.5 Payloads works flawless in Gateway mode.

No hans is an .3dsx for the Homebrew Launcher.

it uses virtual memory address aka NTR cheats, so some ARCodes will not work
