Hacking GATEWAY COMMON ERROR

Well I played on my gateway for a few days until today. Now I cant launch the gateway menu after I press Nintendo ds profile! When I press ds profile, it just takes me to the actual ds profile. How can this be fixed?

Have you even read the stickies?

Did you run the ds hack from the blue card?

Did you play a DS game? If so, you will need to reinstall the hack with the blue card.

Well I understand pretty much everything now. just install exploit again with blue card. However I had another problem but I wont explain it here. Ill just ask a question. If I had like 10 different roms and each of them took like an hour to download, and Im about to reformat my microSD card again that has all those roms etc.. When I copy all of those roms back after the microSD card is reformatted,would it take a long time, or would it merely copy it within a matter of seconds?
