That is very strange. I have been in contact with them over the past several days actually, so why your email is failing to go through, is beyond me, actually.

And I do understand the issue at hand, I was merely generalizing to some of the other more impatient people. If it felt like I was directly calling you out, I apologize. That was not my intention at all. I can't
directly help with that issue, as the issue is, most unfortunately, between reseller and customer. I can't exactly email them on your behalf, and ask as I don't know your personal information and whatnot, and quite personally, I don't want to be in control of that information for understandable reasons.

I'm just a media reviewer. I go through a different channel with these products that I have interest in.

.
My only real suggestion at this point is to send an email to:
[email protected]. This is the email I am in touch with, and I tend to get replies within 24 hours, sometimes a little bit longer due to miscellaneous issues. At this moment, I'm thinking it's a bit slower because of them probably rushing to ship orders and manage emails from impatient customers. By no means though am I calling you impatient. Seriously. Sometimes, in the logistics process, errors do happen, and I know NDS-card as reliable enough to want to resolve those issues as fast as possible.
As far as the trustworthiness of NDS-card and Realhotstuff, I consider both to be wonderful resellers. RHS has been around longer than I've been involved with this site, and NDS-card is a sponsor of GBAtemp for a reason. I would highly suggest emailing (And being persistent!) the above email that I linked you to, and wait about 36 hours for a reply. If none fails to arrive, email them again, and repeat that process. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in the resolution of your issue, though.
As far as the overall shipping process, with Hong Kong Registered Airmail, it gets to the destination, yes, but it's slow as balls both in transit and in updating the status. I've had shipments that said only "accepted at processing center" or something close to that, and then three weeks later no updates, and then the next day it arrives on my doorstep. That's a common thing with HK mail. Their site is horrendously slow. DHL is a quick service, I agree. I had my unit shipped via Express Worldwide and it came in two days. But the logistics process takes time, and errors (though unfortunate) DO happen.
