Is it possible to play games from SD card on DSi console without R4 card? Something like emunand and installing cias on 3ds.

nope you need a flashcard. what you should do is buy a 2ds and a gateway because gateway plays 3ds games plus it includes a ds flashcard that you can use to play ds games or just buy a cheap flashcard for like 10 bucks

I know that, but since I'm selling my old DSi, I was thinking to install games on it so I can faster find buyer.

ok first no you cant do that plus the only things you can install on the dsi is dsiware you cant actually install full retail games and there is no possible way to install dsiware.
