Buy a R4, and a 5 TB Micro SD Card. Find a torrent with all the DS games in it. Throw them on the Micro SD Card, let your mother play through all of them deleting the ones she doesn't like. Problem solved.

I could, but I don't have the money for a 5TB Micro SD card, neither does my mother. There's also added problem in the fact that she refuses to own a product of piracy. She doesn't care if she plays a game on an R4, or that someone she knows owns one, but it's a sin against everything good in the universe if she owns one. Jesus...

She tried it 20 minutes ago. After failing to pass any of the steps, she refused to play any game named Cooking Mama. And she said that verdict was forever.

I HAVE been getting her to play some of the games, but all of them end with failure to encite fun.

I can't think of any good DS games that ONLY use the touch screen that have not been listed already.

Honestly my top my top picks are Ouendan & Ouendan 2, and EBA. If she won't like touch screen only controls with a GOOD music game (EBA has lots of classics she should like) I think all hope is lost.

She doesn't always pick games upon how much she doesn't suck. She just didn't think it was fun, since it had a time limit (the entire reason why she kept failing; had there not been a time limit she would've got the best score on each thing).

It's the rhythm part, not the fact that it has music she won't like. She doesn't like games that require you to do things along a specific rhythm.

Firstly get a 2gb one because I think a 5 terabyte one would be a bit pricey. Then....
Download shitloads of stuff and put it on an R4. Tell her it is like catalogue shopping. When she finds one she likes she can go and buy it. Bring it home, take R4 out of DS, put game cart in. And the baby Jesus will happy because the R4 did a Godly thing by guiding her to a suitable game so that she could make them an offering of money in this time of recession. The children of the game company's owners and employees will get fed this week and all will be right with the world. Amen!
