One of my Gamecube memory cards went corrupted when I transferred one
file to it from another memory card.

My question now is "Is there a way to save my memory card and all of my
files except for the one which corrupted it?" or a way to backup the saves
and re-install them after I reformat it.

I've never done it myself, but I'm fairly certain there is a Gamecube Savegame Extractor/Installer available via the Homebrew Browser (I'm presuming you have a soft-modded Wii, or else I doubt you can do it) ..

Somebody may be able to confirm this and give an idea how it is used, but it may be simpler for you to have a look on the Homebrew Browser yourself and install the software. I highly doubt that a tool for Backing up and re-installing Gamecube Savegames will be able to brick your Wii, afterall. As already mentioned, though, I have not used the software myself so cannot guarantee this.

Good Luck.
