Hacking Game Saves Question from installing Atmosphere

So I just installed Atmosphere on my clean Switch today, and I noticed that when I re-installed games off Tinfoil my saves were gone? But are still showing up on the system when I go to the Options menu.
Is there anyway to get them to work with my re-downloded roms?

You are in for a ban lol, installing rom on a clean NAND. As for you save goes you can try checking out checkpoint.

No no, I didn't install the rom on a clean NAND.
I installed it on Atmosphere. I installed Atmosphere on my Clean switch.

But did you install the ROM on the same NAND as your Sysnand that you go online with that is the question.

Sounds like you installed the game on an emunand, in order to have access for the save you need to create an emunand from the clean sysnand.

ok so I basically need to make a copy of the sysnand as an emunand?

You are better off doing it this way, it is best not to run CFW on the same NAND that you use online with. Before you do the emunand go offline on sysnand.

You can dump the saves from CFW with a homebrew save manager but then you risk tainting your sysMMC.
