i have to give all credits to uncharted 2 for graphics and game situation but assassins creed game play and experience is much better and funner

Game of the Year for me has to be Dragon Age Origins on the PC. Good story, gameplay and replayability.

Also a neat toolset to make your own mods/areas and so on.
