I would love to see 3D, AR and a Warioware title all together. That would be some interesting gameplay!
I just look at that.Zarxrax said:Dream Trigger 3D.
If you don't know what this game is, look it up.
I haven't even seen it in 3d yet, but just from the 2d screenshots and videos, I know that this game will be almost impossible to play without 3d.
Fixed it for ya.Zarxrax said:Dream Trigger 3D.

I think that's where Guild is going to.KingVamp said:Guild McCommunist said:I feel like depth issues with 3D platformers were basically gone once shadows were in games. They're surprisingly more than a minor graphical touch, watching your shadow lets you know precisely where you're going. Plus there's some games like Spyro that I've never really followed the shadow with but had no issues with depth.
OK if shadows was more than a graphical touch to you then why can't 3D be more than a graphical touch to people?
3D may not help you, but it may help others.
Correct me if I'm wrong, Guild.
But shadows (although even sometimes do not help) with 3D can help even more people judge distances.Guild McCommunist said:Ikki said:Both shadows and 3D are graphical touches that help with precision. You're absolutely correct.
Shadows are just as effective a tool of judging distance and can be applied across pretty much any 3D platformer and doesn't have the issues that 3D does.

Is shadows more effective then 3D? I have to look again, but imo I doubt it.
A least you admit that 3D can help game play.
I guess that depend on who is playing.Ikki said:Also, I'm pretty sure that with 3D and no shadows you'd be in a worse situation than with none.
No one said we can't. It's just not necessary since there's barely any issues with platforming since shadows.KingVamp said:At the same time, I still do not know why we can't have both.
Still if 3D can help people as well, if something else can help with depth and help judge distances, then who is it hurting for people that it helps?Ikki said:No one said we can't. You do not, but it I assume and it feel to me that you was stating you opinions as facts. My bad!!Hells Malice said:KingVamp said:That may be your opinions about the innovations, but do not go around making it seem like facts

Do I have to say "in my opinion" after everything I say to make you happier?
because it makes for some pretty bad writing to do that so idiots understand that when I speak my opinion...it's my fucking opinion, in my opinion.
