Homebrew Full speed PCE(TurboGrafxCD) games using .3dsx?

I really want to play Valis on my 3DS but the run speed of the game is terrible. I can get it to 50fps the highest but its very unstable and the music is extremely slow sounding. Is there anyway to play this game full speed with 3DSX? or anyone to fix it in the settings?

This may not be the answer you are looking for, and I promise I am not trying to smarmy, but I use a regular DS cart, and the DS TG16 emu, and it runs great. I haven't played with the Retroarch version. I also haven't specifically tried Valis, but I do have about a dozen random games on there. Normal, and CD, and they all seem to work well.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
