Hacking Freezing on loading screen

I just downloaded a zip file instead of a .rar that i usually use and unzipped it and put it on my acekard 2i. Now whenever i try to load up the card it just stays on the loading screen. I repeated on my brothers card and the same thing happened. i then tried putting both micro SD cards in my M3 and the ds wouldn't recognize the card (i used my original DS so its not that the update had bricked the M3). I thinks it's the sip file that had done this as they both worked perfectly fine before. I deleted the zip file but the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
