Well, if you have an idea for some product. You think it will be something revolutionary and start mass producing it. And now, you have 50 000 of said product ready to be shipped.
Sadly, nobody wants said product, because it stinks and makes annoying noises.
Nobody wants these products, so you have to keep them. And while you have said product, they cost you money (for storage and all). So what is the best solution? You offer them for free but people are repelled by the stench and all the annoying noises it makes.
The only solution you have is to pay someone to dispose of these thousands of said products (paying someone to get rid of something you already own is what I call "negative value")
