I noticed in the Control Panel - Profile Information that you could order the Portal Topics (mine are: NDS, Wii, General, Homebrew, GBA) and was wondering if there's a hack that can allow me to customise the Sub-forums in a similar way.

I doubt it, unless an administrator changed it for everyone.

And why would you want to do that, in the first place?

Probably so he can access the forums he wants in the order he wants.
