Hacking Format system but still keep sd card content HELP!

Hello,
Can someone help me ? I accidentally format system but I still have sd card content. Is it possible to restore luma and all of my sd card ? I think I have a backup of nand but I don't know how to restore it. I still can boot to luma settings pressing select. I'm such a noob :<

Boot pressing start, it should boot Hourglass9, from there you can restore your nand backup.
If it doesn't boot, download it from here (https://github.com/d0k3/Hourglass9/releases) and copy bin file to /luma/payloads and rename it to start_Hourglass9.bin

Hold start on bootup, and click sysnand restore.
