2ds xl Arm 11(core 1) error help please

i've gotten this a couple times and i've tried updating luma several times and even formatting my sd and downloading everything all over again and every so often i still get this error please can someone help

What are you doing when you get this error? That's probably the most important piece of the puzzle missing here.

Use FBI, titles, select the title you where trying to run for he error, import new seed.
