Took about a week from order to delivery in UK - I ordered one for someone on 27th of January, shipped 28th, left HK on 31st and it arrived yesterday 2nd of Feb.

It was a green PCB but the new case.

Look just above the contacts, you'll see a small strip of either blue, black or green.

I ordered the same thing. I have been waiting for 7 working days (excluding weekends) and it still hasn't been shipped yet here. Still in the processing stage. Apparently since Chinese New Year it's not surprising to get it finally mailed within 1-3 weeks from what others are saying. I made a ticket and they used the same excuse. Some items ship faster then others apparently.


Will keep to date.

Well, I ordered something recently from them and it shipped in 2 days... Chances are that they are low on stock for the Acekard 2, which is not surprising given the demand.

i talked to them via email. the micro sd cart is not in stock. thats why they are not shipping your order. they said it will probably take another week from now.

I had my AK2 shipped on the 19th of January, along with a DSL pouch thing. The DSL pouch arrived last week, yet my AK2 has not. Obviously, it's SHOULD be in the US already. However, I find it peculiar that it is taking so long. I have already contacted them, and they said that if I don't get it by the 19th, to contact them again. I know that they're supposed to have some pretty long shipping times, but this is just getting ridiculous. I'm still waiting though...I'll update on the 19th or if I get it beforehand.

EDIT:

So I ordered something else from them on the 1st, and it arrived too. My AK never arrived. I have contacted them about it again, and they are resending me another one.

Ordered AK 2.1 on 4/2, shipped 6/2, arrived 13/2. Now if only I can get my bloody computer to detect my sdhc card.

Edit: It seemed as though my acekard is faulty. I'm going to try to get a replacement or a refund.

I find focalprice ships much faster compared to DX, most of my orders with them ship in 2 days, DX on the other hand, is taking longer and longer with every order.

Anyone experiencing the same?

Too true. My last order at DX was 10 days ago, it was instantly "expedited order - in stock". They still haven't posted it.

FocalPrice, now they have the bulk option too, will probably be getting more of my business.

I live in Texas, US.

Doesn't seem to be that long of a process especially for the price.

(And btw, the Acekards I received have the green PCB's)
