It's all about trying to find absolutely anything to be able to call a "win" before the midterms. So far, they've got nothing except JD begging for two more years of this shit.


It's sad, because this is their second chance, and they've royally screwed it up worse than the first time. And here they are wanting a 3rd when they have yet to have the heart to give anyone a first chance, except for pedophiles, rapists, billionaires, etc.

Isn't this essentially giving the "kid" the toy they already had in new wrapping? Just so he'd stop crying?
From what I can gather, there's one main difference:

Greenland now was a co-signer of the deal, unlike back in '51.

I've not suddenly become an expert on this, so i might have missed something. But any brought up difference better have some better credentials than Trump' s imagination.
