Hacking Flash Advanced Linker

Hello.

My friend gave me a old Flash Advanced Linker (like this one http://www.gameboy-advance.net/flash_linker/flash_advance_linker.htm) with a 256Mb card for GBA.

There are 2 games in the card. I tested using a classic GBA and a NDS.

But I don't have the cable to use the Linker... and even if i had, my computer don't have a parallel port. So my question is:
Is there a option to write in the card without this cable? Maybe using a NDS? I am asking because I have another Flashcard that I write using a R4 in the NDS.

Just to let you know, it worked! I could put just one game at time, but I will try to use PogoShell as readme suggested.
