I personally think it's fake. If it was real we'd have heard about it on pokemon sunday or something. Also, when you look at the screen you'll see that it's quite a clear screen, but there's some obvious loss of quality around the pokemon sprites. The "Sugimori" art was prolly photoshopped. So however much I like these designs, they're probably fake.

I did not draw this myself, I just found it on GameFAQs but then the topic got deleted because of flaming, I guess.
I think it's real because compare this to the fake Pokemon out there: http://www.serebii.net/fakes/
None of them even come close to how well this was produced. If this is fake, then someone out there must be really talented and have a lot of time on their hands.
Plus, in an article a while back, it said there were supposed to be two new Pokemon revealed, though everyone thought it would just be Ho-oh and Lugia alternate forms. I think these could be the new Pokemon. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the scan of this article, I remember it had two Pokeballs with ? on them.
