Lon'qu's lil samurai pose?
Or panne's er... position? :creep:
Lon'qu is an overpowered badass when you first get him. I had to stop using him for a few chapters until his strength was about equal to everyone elses so he didn't steal all the kills and exp. And even then I just wanted to pair him with Olivia because their support is kind of cute.

And to answer your question... yes :creep:

I find that over powering some, and then switching their support (so that the relationship bonus stays the same) Works wonders. That way, the support character can block attacks for the weaker ones, which in turn lets the weaker characters get some hits in and boost exp.

Nice c:

I'm grinding for cash to buy Master Seals now that they are always available in a few places. 2500 or something each, :S
I usually make about 2-3k each random encounter though, so it's not too bad. I have a bunch of characters married and now I'm just getting random support conversations between everyone that is compatible (it'll take a loooooong time...) while I'm going through the story.

I ended up pairing my tactician with Chrom. There are just no interesting guy characters...
On the second playthrough, totally pairing with Sully. She is such a bamf x3

That was my first inclination too, but I ended up hooking him up with Sumia in the end. She just seemed so happy to bake him pies. I let MU marry Donnel instead. They're a freakin' tornado on the battlefield.

I need help... If I use a second seal to raise certain stats/learn a skill and then second seal back to the original class, it still restarts the level, right? Does this allow potentially infinite leveling, or to be more specific infinite stat growth?

I want to switch some characters into other classes that have better growth rates for certain stats (like thief for speed) but then return back to their original class and eventually promote with master seals. I'm not a fan of characters not being in their "canon" classes, I can't imagine Chrom being an archer and stuff like that. :P

It'll reset back to zero to allow for infinite leveling, however, beware, the stat cap for the first tier of classes are capped pretty low. For example I turned MU into a darkmage to get their skills and more defensive leaning stat growth, before switching back to tactican and moving on to grandmaster, but I was maxing most of my stats before I even hit level 10 again. Crom became a knight so he could tank far more than he already was.

lol wut. Kellam would like to have a word with you. you can ignore his girth

This game is awesome by the way

Oh wow I didnt realize you could marry someone... Interesting.
It's a pretty big part of the game, kind of like the social links of Persona 3/4. Optional, but you get a ton of extra dialog by doing it. And it makes extra playthroughs feel different by pairing different characters together. Not to mention that EVERY (I think) character can marry. Tons of options.

Oh man, I bought the money DLC yesterday... You can make up to 70k in one battle. I wonder how the exp DLC will turn out. o.0

I really need to restart this game on Lunatic. I have no idea if it'll help, but it's so brain numbingly easy on hard that it almost hurts. I was expecting Maniac calibur out of hard...I was sorely mistaken, this is like super-casual-easymode-press-A-to-win.

Otherwise...quite fun, and my blue 3DS is sexy as hell.

Something amazing happened today.
Decided to run through some Paralogues. Now earlier, I told y'all I had my tactician marry Panne yes?
Well, I now have not one, But TWO children, both Taguel, Both SEVERELY OP. I had no idea there were brother and sister options as well!
This game keeps throwing surprises my way, and Its amazing. So now my units include 3 Taguel (Panne, Morgan, And Yarne) And A Dark Knight (Me).
The rest of the units im currently using are as follows:
Chrom: Great Lord
Lon'qu: Assassin
Cordelia: Falcon Knight
Cherche: Wyvern Lord
Nowi: Wyvern Lord
Owend: (Streetpassed) Paladin
Libra: War Monk
Gio: (Streetpassed) Grandmaster

Yeah, some of the DLC looks really good, but I'm gonna hold out for the stuff that's truly relevant (Demon Knight scroll, Limit Breaker, etc.)

With the trait passing to children, is it determined when quest pops up or when you first start doing quest or what?

I'm playing this game strategically and combining different class skills as I go. XD This is when Marriage becomes so interesting as it allows to pass on the last learned skills to your newborn. XD
